lt;p>Muhammad Ashfaq is a professor of finance and accounting and Academic Director International at the IU International University of Applied Sciences in Germany. He is also visiting professor at Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands. His research interests include sustainable finance, digital transformation, FinTech, emerging markets, and AI's role in the financial system. He earned his doctoral degree on the topic of knowledge, attitude, and practices toward Islamic banking and finance from the University of Tübingen. He also received an MBA in financial management from Coburg University. Mr. Ashfaq has played a key role in the conceptualization, development, and accreditation of study programs in various countries. He has most recently developed an extensive and innovative bachelor's degree program in digital business and M.Sc. Finance, Accounting & Taxation at IU International University.

Rashedul Hasan is an accomplished lecturer in accounting at Coventry University, based in the United Kingdom. Dr. Hasan began his academic career in 2011. He completed his PhD in 2018, with a research focus on corporate governance issues for non-profit organizations. Dr. Hasan is also a CIMA member, having earned the prestigious designation of ACMA, CGMA. As a researcher, Dr. Hasan's interests lie in the areas of corporate governance dynamics, FinTech, performance and risk management aspects of financial institutions, as well as sustainability and accountability issues. He has been serving as the associate editor of the Quarterly Journal of Finance and Accounting, the International Journal of Islamic and Middle Eastern Finance and Management, and the Journal of Economic Cooperation and Development, which is a testament to his academic prowess and exceptional editorial skills. Dr. Hasan regularly publishes his research in ABS, ABDC, and SCOPUS indexed accounting and finance journals.

Jost Mercon is currently working as a finance manager at Gamanza Group AG in Ljubljana, Slovenia. He previously worked as a senior audit analyst and audit assistant at Deloitte in Slovenia. Mercon holds a master's degree in international management with a major in finance and accounting from IU International University of Applied Sciences.
