Paula has 20 years of experience in the business area with functions of direction, coordination, and consultancy. Throughout her professional experience, she has collaborated on leadership development projects. She is a researcher at CinTurs - Research Center for Tourism Sustainability and Well-being and has been developing studies Human Resource Development, more specifically Leadership Development in organizations, with some publications in scientific journals and conferences.
