His research focuses on consumer attitudes, online shopping, customer satisfaction, customer trust, acceptance of new technologies, electronic loyalty, and retailing, among many other topics. He has published a number of articles in various journals, such as International Journal of Bank Marketing, Journal of Knowledge Management, and Management Decision, among others.
