Kyung-Shick Choi is a professor of practice and the faculty director of Cybercrime Investigation & Cybersecurity programs at Boston University. He holds a Ph.D. in criminology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and is the editor-in-chief of the International Journal of Cybersecurity Intelligence and Cybercrime. Sinchul Back is an assistant professor and the director of Cybercrime & Cybersecurity Studies at the University of Scranton. He serves as the Cybercrime Division's vice-chair of the American Society of Criminology. He holds a Ph.D. in international crime and justice from Florida International University. Marlon Mike Toro-Alvarez is a cybercriminology expert at the Colombian National Police and an advisor and researcher at the Center for Cybersecurity and Cybersecurity Research. He is a cofounder of the Center for Cybercrime Investigation and Cybersecurity at Boston University.
