Angela Sergeevna Borzova is associate Professor, doctor of technical Sciences, Vice-rector for educational and methodological work of the Moscow State Technical University of Civil Aviation. Her research interests are in the area of air transport operation. Yuri Mikhailovich Chinyuchin is Professor, doctor of technical Sciences, Professor of the Department of technical operation of aircraft and aircraft engines of the Moscow State Technical University of Civil Aviation. His research activities include the development of a system for maintaining the airworthiness of aircrafts and flight safety. He has more than 400 scientific papers, more than 130 scientific reports, 6 monographs. Vadim Vadimovich Vorobyov is Professor, Doctor of technical Sciences, Head of the Department of Flight Safety and Life, Moscow State Technical University of Civil Aviation. He is the Member of the Dissertation Council at the Moscow State Technical University of Civil Aviation. He is the Author of over 130 scientific works, including 3 monographs, 2 textbooks. His research activities include flight safety in normal and special situations. Dmitry Alexandrovich Zatuchny is the Doctor of technical sciences, Associate Professor and Professor at the Department of Computation Machines, Complexes, Systems and Networks at Moscow State Technical University of Civil Aviation. He is the Author of more than 140 scientific works, including 5 monographs, 6 textbooks, 1 patent on an invention and 6 state-registered computer programs. He was responsible for a number of research projects on ensuring the functioning of modern navigation systems in civil aviation aircraft and air traffic control.
