Sanjeev P. Sahni is Professor of Eminence and Principal Director of the Jindal Institute of Behavioural Sciences (JIBS), Director for Center for Victimology and Psychological Sciences, Member of the Governing Body, and Advisor to the Vice Chancellor at O. P. Jindal Global University. He holds a Ph.D. degree in Psychology and possesses an extensive and rich experience of 32 years in Academia, Industry and Government Sector. His work spans in the areas of organizational behavior, criminal psychology, cognitive and neuropsychology, forensic psychology and policing and law enforcement. He has trained over more than 32000 professionals in over 50 countries. He has served and contributed 14 years as Scientist in the Ministry of Human Resource Development and Sports Authority of India. He has also served as Head of Human Resources at the Jindal Group. He has worked as Research Scientist at several universities like University of Houston, Texas; University of Illinois, Chicago, to name a few.  He has published more than 41 research articles in international and national indexed journals, and about 22 chapters. With 17 books to his credit, some of the recent ones are Internet Infidelity (Springer), Digital Piracy in the Digital Era (Springer), Crime And Criminal Law Perspectives On Global Migration (Har-Anand), Refugee Jurisprudence And Criminal Justice (Har-Anand), Conflict: The Police and The People (Lexis Nexis) and Global Perspectives of Victimology and Criminology (Bloomsbury).

Tithi Bhatnagar is currently working as an Associate Professor and Deputy Director, Centre for Leadership and Change (CLC).  She is responsible for Professional and Teachers Training and Capacity Building Programs conducted at the Jindal Institute of Behavioural Sciences, O.P. Jindal Global University. She has trained around 9000+ teachers, students, Govt. Officials, and executives on topics like Understanding Stress, Stress Management, Performance Enhancement, Subjective Well-Being, Multiple Intelligence, Work Life Balance, Effective Decision Making, Training Evaluation, and Motivation at Workplace. She is a Psychologist by training and a Well-being and Happiness researcher and teacher by profession. Her doctoral research was in the area of Subjective Well-Being (SWB) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Her professional experience is a mix of industry, freelance consulting, academics, training, and advisory roles. She teaches Research Methods and has been a resource person for various Faculty Development Programs. Her research interests include Subjective Well-Being, Positive Psychology, Quality of Life, Happiness, Psychometrics, and Leadership. She is a Certified Positive Psychology Coach and is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA), the International Society of Quality-of-Life Studies (ISQOLS), and the? Academic Council of United Nations (ACUNS). 

Pankaj Gupta is currently Professor and Executive Director-Centre for Ethics, Spirituality and  Meditation at O. P. Jindal Global University, India. He is a Global Academic Leader with successful professional experience of over 25 years - as a professor, researcher, and institution builder Earlier, he has served in several senior positions in top organizations such as President IIHMR University, Director Symbiosis Bangalore, Professor at IMT/IIM Kozhikode, University of Washington, S.P. Jain (Dubai & Singapore) among others. He teaches courses and does research in the areas of Finance, Cost Management, Mindful Leadership, Mental & Spiritual Health, Self-Awareness, and Ethics, etc. Dr. Gupta is a Ph.D., Fulbright Fellow, CMA, GCPCL (Harvard), Fellow of ICAI, and an alumnus of Lucknow University and IIM Ahmedabad.
