Azizul Hassan is a member of the Tourism Consultants Network of the UK Tourism Society. He has been working for the tourism industry as a consultant, academic, and researcher for over 20 years. Nor Aida Abdul Rahman is Associate Professor at Universiti Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and currently serves as Head of Aviation Management at Universiti Kuala Lumpur, Malaysian Institute of Aviation Technology, in Subang, Selangor, Malaysia.
