Alexandr Lyapin graduated from the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of the Rostov State University, Russia. He is Head of the Department of Information Systems in Construction of the Don State Technical University (Rostov-on-Don, Russia). Dr. Lyapin's fields of interest are theory of elasticity, coupled models, mathematical modeling of physical media, mathematical methods in the theory of artificial intelligence and decision making. Olga Kalinina graduated from the St. Petersburg State Polytechnic University (Russia) with a degree in Management. She received her Doctor's degree in Economics in 2013. Dr. Kalinina is a Deputy Director for Research at the Institute of Industrial Management, Economics and Trade (St. Petersburg, Russia).
