Rose Baker is Assistant Professor in the Department of Learning Technologies, College of Information, University of North Texas. Dr Baker has more than 25 years of project management experience and has authored requests for proposals, competitive proposal submissions, research reports, and research publications. She holds a Ph.D. in Instructional Systems and an M.Ed. in Adult Education Theory and Practice from Penn State University and earned a B.A. in Mathematics and Chemistry from Washington and Jefferson College. Dr. Baker is a member of the Project Management Institute and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®). Jack Gido has 20 years of industrial management experience, including the management of productivity improvement and technology development projects. He has an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University. Jack is a member of the Project Management Institute and former President of the Upstate New York Chapter, and teaches courses on project management. Nishani Harinarain is a lecturer at the University of Kwazulu-Natal and was the university’s first PhD graduate in Construction Management – a woman succeeding in a male-dominated environment. She was also 2014’s Distinguished Teacher Awardee from UKZN’s School of Engineering. James P. Clements currently serves as the 15th President of Clemson University. He holds a PhD. in Operations Analysis from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, an M.S. in Computer Science from the Johns Hopkins University, and a B.S. and M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. He is the author of more than 50 research publications. During the past 25 years, Dr. Clements has served as a consultant for a number of public and private organisations.
