Dr Susan El-Shamy is Senior Partner at Advancement Strategies, Inc., a training and development resources company based in Bloomington, Indiana, USA. In her 20 years as a training professional, Susan has worked with a variety of clients including Berlitz, Corning, Mattel, Motorola, Thomson Consumer Electronics and various government agencies. She is a regular guest lecturer at the Indiana University School of Business and a frequent speaker at national training conferences. Susan has a BA in Radio and Television, an MA in English, and a Doctor of Education degree in Counselling and Guidance.
