George Leal Jamil has a post-doctoral degree by Universidad Politecnica de Cartagena and a post-doctoral degree by Faculdade de Letras of Universidade do Porto, PhD in Information Science from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), Master degree in Computer Science (UFMG), and BSc in Electrical Engineering (UFMG). He has written books, chapters, and papers about topics regarding information technology and strategic management. Council member of journals and congresses, with main research interests in information systems management, strategy, knowledge management, and software engineering, marketing, and information technology adoption in business contexts. He also works as a consultant in these areas. Armando Barreiros Malheiro da Silva is Associated Professor of the Faculty of Arts of the University of Porto and member of the coordinating committee of the Information Science degree taught by the Arts and Engineering Faculties of the University of Porto. Born in Braga, PdD in Contemporary History in the University of Minho, graduated in Philosophy by Philosophy Faculty of the Catholic University of Braga and in History by the Faculty of Arts of the University of Porto. He obtained the diploma of the course of Librarian-Archivist of the Faculty of Arts of the University of Coimbra. Is member of the Center for Studies in Technology, Arts and Communication Sciences (CETAC.Media) and shares his researches in areas such as the archivist and information science; the metanalysis; political and ideological History in Portugal in the XIX-XX century; Family history and local studies. Sérgio Maravilhas is a Lecturer at SENAI/CIMATEC and UNIFACS, Brazil. More than 33 years of professional experience. With two Post-Docs, one from UFBA (Patents and innovation) and another from UNIFACS (FAB LABS), both with PNPD/CAPES Grants; PhD in Information and Communication in Digital Platforms (FCT Grant) from Porto and Aveiro Univs., Portugal; a Master Science in Information Management (FEUP + Sheffield University, UK); a Postgrad Course in ICT (FEUP); a Postgrad in Innovation and Technological Entrepreneurship (FEUP + North Carolina State University, USA); and a 5 years Degree in Philosophy, Educational Branch (FLUP). A Teacher since 1998, worked at ESE-IPP (Teacher/Supervisor - Internet@School project, 2002/2005), and a University Lecturer and Researcher since 2005 at Aveiro University, and since 2010 at ULP and IESFF in Masters and MBAs. Teaches Marketing, Research Methods, Creative Processes, Innovation, Intellectual and Industrial Property, Technology Watch, Information Management, Organizational Behaviour, ICT, Sales, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Publishes about Patent Information, Innovation, Marketing, Web 2.0, Web Radio, FAB LABS, Technology, and Sustainability.
