Lori L. Bakken, PhD, MS, is an Associate Professor in the School of Human Ecology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is also an Evaluation Specialist for the University of Wisconsin Extension, Cooperative Extension. She has over 25 years of experience as an evaluator, educator and researcher.
