Marty Zimmerman, MEd, is a Naval Academy alum and Marine Corps veteran, he also served as a leadership/executive development coach in a Fortune 100 company and later operated his own business. He has enjoyed coaching leaders through the years in their 360 leadership performance feedback. Marty additionally served as a secondary schools literacy consultant, coaching teachers and modeling literacy strategies for students at various schools. Earning two Masters degrees in Education (Curriculum & Instruction with a minor in Reading, and in Educational Leadership), he currently enjoys teaching online and collaborating with faculty at Concordia University, Portland and elsewhere.   Dr. Brad Johnson is one of the most dynamic and engaging speakers in the fields of education and leadership. He is an established author with Routledge publishing, with books including Learning on Your Feet: Incorporating Physical Activity into the K-8 Classroom, The Edutainer: Connecting the Art & Science of Teaching, and From School Administrator to School Leader: 15 Keys to Maximizing Your Leadership Potential. Besides his experiences in "The Trenches" as a teacher, curriculum director, and administrator, Dr. Johnson has served as an accreditation committee chair. He developed and supervised a formal mentoring program. He has also served on board-level educational committees. He recently spent several weeks in Malaysia training teachers for their Ministry of Education. Dr. Johnson currently serves on the national faculty of Concordia University’s School of Graduate Studies where he teaches courses in leadership
