He is Module Tutor for TTM full time Masters course at Warwick and Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is also the author of Warehouse Management. Susan Grinsted is an independent educator, trainer and consultant, who works with a number of educational institutions in Britain, France and Finland, as well as with multinational companies all over the world. Her work focuses on transferring knowledge and skills to enable companies to improve their performance.
