He recently published Toward a Healthy Society: The Politics and Morality of American Health Care Reform and is an activist in a chapter of the labor/community organization Jobs with Justice. Nancy Holmstrom is a professor of philosophy at Rutgers University in Newark. Her primary areas of research are Marxist theory and feminism; her reader The Socialist Feminist Project will appear in 2001.
