Yannick Jacques is a partner in Deloitte's SAP practice. He is based in Brussels and leads the SAP GTS practice globally. Yannick has over 18 years of experience in SAP ERP implementations with a particular focus in the implementation of SAP GTS by applying leading practice methodologies. Yannick has worked with clients around the world including the US, Asia, and Europe. His experience includes managing multi-disciplinary teams and delivering large-scale global projects that are localized to meet the business needs and regulatory requirements of the territories in which his clients operate. Yannick is a civil engineer and holds a master's degree in mechanics. Yannick is fluent in French, Dutch, and English. Nick Moris is a partner in Deloitte's Customs & Global Trade practice in Brussels. He leads the customs and global trade automation team, which provides companies and public bodies with support and advice on a worldwide basis with respect to technology solutions for tax and accounting. In particular, Nick focuses on global trade solutions and has accumulated a lot of expertise regarding SAP (including SAP GTS, SAP FT, SAP EH&S, SAP IS-OIL, and SAP Beverage). Nick and his team supported multiple multinationals in setting up international trade processes in SAP ERP. Deloitte Tax LLP director Chris Halloran is one of the leads with Deloitte Tax's Customs and Global Trade practice, where he heads the U.S. trade automation service offering. With a focus on designing and architecting export and import requirements using SAP GTS, Chris has extensive experience deploying trade software solutions and transforming related process, data, and supply chain management. Chris also advises clients on a wide range of international trade matters, including compliance reviews and audit support; export controls and related requirements for EAR, ITAR, OFAC, and other country-specific requirements; implementing compliance programs and management systems; performing strategic assessments; and maximizing operational efficiencies via business process improvements and automated trade software implementations. Chris is also a licensed US Customs Broker. Pablo Lecour is the director of Deloitte Customs and Global Trade. He has significant global experience in trade compliance with a particular focus in advising companies on selecting and implementing global trade management software solutions and designing international trade compliance programs by applying leading practice methodologies. Pablo has advised companies in multiple industry sectors on export controls, customs compliance, and trade automation. Pablo also leads the SAP GTS implementation offering in the UK and has supported numerous implementations across industry sectors. Pablo frequently speaks at international trade conferences on building effective internal compliance programs and implementing trade management software solutions. Prior to joining Deloitte, Pablo worked at The Boeing Company in a number of different roles including global trade controls and corporate audit functions. Pablo holds a bachelor of arts in international relations and economics from Claremont McKenna College and a Kellogg-WHU Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management. Pablo is fluent in Spanish, French, and English.
