Sidney M. Levy (Baltimore, Maryland) is an independent construction industry consultant with more than 30 years in the industry. He is the author of numerous books on construction methods and operations. Andrew M. Civitello, Jr., owns his own company near Tampa, Florida, specializing in construction project management and scheduling. He has managed construction projects of all types and sizes for clients that include local, state, and federal government agencies and departments; municipalities; banks; service organizations; health maintenance organizations; and private developers. For many years, he was president of Civitello Construction in Connecticut, a family-owned construction company. A graduate of Syracuse University, he is the also the author of Construction Manager and Complete Contracting, both from McGraw-Hill, and Contractor's Guide to Change Orders, published by Prentice Hall.
