International Plan of Action for Reducing Incidental Catch of Seabirds in Longline Fisheries, for Conservation and Management of Sharks and for the Management of Fishing Capacity

The international plans of action presented in this booklet are voluntary instruments to manage the concerned issues in compliance with the Code of Conduct for Responsible Fisheries. The text of each international plan of action sets out the activities that implementing states are expected to carry out, including the procedures for adopting a national plan of action as well as procedures for national reviews and reporting requirements.
