Pat Dudley is the Assistant Dean of Faculty for Sports and Leisure Studies at Kingston-upon-Thames College. She has extensive teaching experience and she also ran her own salon business for over twenty years. Bob Woodhouse is a former chairman of the Hairdressing Training Board and was Head of the School for Hairdressing and Beauty Therapy at West Kent College. He is currently a management training consultant, and has used his extensive experience to produce an authoritative yet clear guide to all students aspiring to be successful at this level.
