Carroll L. Shry, Jr. retired from Frederick County Schools in 2010 and currently operates Brandywine Landscaping. His credentials include a BS degree in Agricultural Education/Horticulture from the University of Maryland and an MS in Agricultural Education/Horticulture from West Virginia University. Mr. Shry is an active member of many professional organizations including the American Horticultural Society, the American Nurserymen’s Association and the National FFA Alumni Association. H. Edward Reiley is the retired Director of Vocational Education for the Frederick County Board of Education. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Horticulture and a Masters degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Maryland. Mr. Reiley is a member of various professional organizations including the American Vocational Association and the American Rhododendron Society. In his spare time he breeds new varieties of azalea hybrids and rhododendrons and manages a nursery.
