Veterinary laboratory testing protocols for priority zoonotic diseases in Africa

The COVID-19 pandemic has brought home the vital importance of laboratory testing for zoonotic diseases. While testing technology is making great progress, it remains unavailable in many settings. This publication makes a case for lab capacity building, including robust data validation protocols and interpretation of results.
