Equine Health and Emergency Management is intended for the learner to be able to understand and implement actions to improve the health and wellness of horses in their care. The goal of this book is to help the reader think, prepare, plan, and be able take action if necessary, when necessary.

After years of working with horses, Bonny Henderson began her undergraduate education in Geneseo, NY. Dr. Henderson graduated from the New York State College of Veterinary Medicine at Cornell in 1994 and is certified by the International Veterinary Chiropractic Association. In 2000, Dr. Henderson and her husband opened the Henderson Equine Clinic. Today their respected clinic services the equine needs in Western New York with quality, compassionate care. In her spare time Dr. Henderson is an avid foxhunter.
