Dr. R. Mukesh received his BE degree from Anna University, Chennai in 2005, ME degree from Anna University in 2007 and his MS degree from the University of Sussex, UK in 2008. He completed his PhD in Aerospace Technology from Anna University in 2014 and completed another PhD under the faculty of ECE at Dr MGR Educational and Research Institute, Chennai in 2022. He has 18 years of teaching experience and one year of industrial experience. Currently working as a Professor in the Department of Aerospace Engineering, ACS College of Engineering, Bangalore. He has published more than 30 research papers in international journals and presented papers in 25 International conferences. His area of interest includes Optimization, Surrogate Modelling, Ionospheric Studies and GNSS. Dr. D. Venkata Ratnam received the M.Tech. degree in radar and microwave engineering from the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, India, He got Ph.D. degree in electronics and communication engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad, Hyderabad, India. His doctoral dissertation was conducted in consultation with Prof. A.D.Sarma and examines the validity of ionospheric models for satellite-based augmentation navigation systems over India. He worked as a Research Assistant, Junior Research Fellow, Senior Research Fellow, and Senior Research Assistant with the Research and Training Unit for Navigational Electronics, Osmania University, Hyderabad, India. He joined as an Associate Professor in the Faculty of the Department of Electronics and Communications Engineering and is currently working as a Professor, Head(Research) Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering and Head of the Centre for Atmospheric Sciences, KL University, Guntur, India. His research interests include satellites, navigational electronics, global navigational satellite systems (GNSS), space science, and radio-wave propagation. Dr. Ratnam was the recipient of the Young Scientist Award (2012-2015) of the Department of Science and Technology (DST), India, and the Research Award (2015-2017) of the University Grants Commission (UGC), India and Early Career Research Award (2017-2020) from Science and Engineering Research Board(SERB), India. He has published more than 100 journal papers in IEEE GRSL and TGRS and JSTAR and Advances in Space Research and 50 national and international conference papers. He has been awarded the Best Teacher and Researcher award from KL University for several years in his service. He is a Fellow of IEEE, IE, and Indian Remote Sensing Society, Union of Radio Science professional bodies. He has been serving as Associate Editor for IEEE Access journal. Dr. P. Theerthamalai is working as a Professor and Dean (Centre of Excellence), Aerospace Department at ACS College of Engineering, Bangalore. Before that, he worked in DRDO as an Outstanding Scientist and Project Director of AKASH NG Missile. He had a rich experience of 36 years in DRDO. He completed his BE at Anna University in the year of 1983, M.E at IISC in the year of 1993 and his PhD at IISC in the year of 2007. His major scientific fields of interest are Software development for missile aerodynamic design and analysis and design of Missile Systems and Guidance. He has received several awards like DRDO Agni award, DRDO scientist of the Year 2014, DRDO Award for path-breaking research, DRDL Scientist of the Year 2002 and DRDO Technology award 1997. He published several papers in International Journals and presented papers at various international conferences. Dr. L. Prince Raj joined IIESTS in April 2019. Before that, he worked as a researcher for one year and six months with the Research Center for Aircraft Core Technology, Gyeongsang National University, South Korea.
