Electronics Workbench

This optimized version of Electronics Workbench Version 4.1, a circuit simulation program for Mac, DOS, and Windows computers, gives students the power to design analog, digital and mixed-mode circuits using a clear, easy-to-use, point-and-click interface. The program lets students import PSPICE files directly into EWB, manipulate and test them, and then export the modified circuit in SPICE format. SEEWB is limited to creating circuit designs with a maximum of 25 active components (opamps, etc.); however, unlike the Evaluation Version of PSPICE, which classify each element within an opamp as an active component, SEEWB counts each complete opamp as only one active component, making it possible for students to design much larger circuits than they can using PSPICE. (Note: SEEWB is distributed exclusively by PWS to 4-year engineering schools; it can also be sold by ITP sales reps to 2-year schools and tech programmes.)
