People and Spaces explores our relationship with our environments, unveiling the unique ways that built environments and human behavior interact in today’s rapidly evolving world and climate.

Co-edited by a designer and a psychologist, this book brings together diverse perspectives and voices working at this intersection to reveal how built environments influence our daily lives from, the ways we express ourselves, to the structure of our societies, and even global landscape. By showcasing a range of viewpoints, case studies, and innovative research, People and Spaces equips readers in any discipline with knowledge to enhance human-centric spaces in meaningful ways. Through a blend of essays and expert insights, readers will explore the significance of intentional and interdisciplinary approaches to design and research and gain practical guidance for creating supportive and sustainable environments.

This book is relevant to a broad audience, including scholars, professionals, and students in architecture, interior design, psychology, and related fields, as well as industry practitioners interested in the intersection of built environments and human experience. It is an essential resource for those seeking to understand and influence the dynamic relationship between people and space.
