Sadia Shaheen is working as an assistant professor at Lyallpur Business School, Government College University Faisalabad, Pakistan. Dr. Sadia Shaheen earned her Ph.D. (Business Administration) degree from the Capital University of Science and Technology, Pakistan. She has broad insight into the topics of organizational sciences and has published several papers in high-quality impact factor journals. Dr. Sadia is also an editor of the book ‘‘Accelerating Knowledge Sharing, Creativity, and Innovation Through Business Tourism’’. (IGI Global, USA). She has edited several chapters in international books. She is also a reviewer of several top-tier journals. Her research areas are organizational cronyism, psychological contract, innovation, organizational changes, and tourism. Mohsin Bashir is an Associate Professor of Business Administration in the Lyallpur Business school having joined Government College university in 2006. He received his Ph.D. in Business administration from The Huazhong university of science and technology, (HUST) China, and holds an MBA from Government College University Faisalabad, Pakistan and have received Gold medal during his academic career. He primarily teaches contemporary issues in management, organizational Behavior and Performance management in the Doctorate, graduate and undergraduate programs. Mohsin Bashir has published more than 40 research papers in several leading journals including; Frontiers in Psychology, International Journal of Organizational Analysis, SAGE Open, among others. He is also Chairperson College of Commerce and Manager Business Incubation Center of Government College University Faisalabad. M. Khurrum Bhutta is a Professor of Operations Management in the Management Department in College of Business, Ohio University. He received his Ph.D. in Operations Management from The University of Texas at Arlington and holds an MBA from the Lahore University of Management Sciences and a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology Lahore, Pakistan. Khurrum has published in several leading journals including; International Journal of Production Economics, Supply Chain Management: An International Journal, Journal of International Technology and Information Management, Journal of Small Business and Enterprise Development, among others. He is an active member of Decision Sciences Institute and is currently on the Editorial Review Board for the International Journal of Integrated Supply Management, International Journal of Operations & Production Management and Inventi- Impact Supply Chain & Logistics. Khurrum has also actively been involved as an academic consultant. His industry experience has been in polyester, textiles and soft drinks sectors.
