This book presents the proceedings of 4th EAI International Conference on Smart Technology (MTYMEX), which took place March 28-29, 2024, Vancouver, B.C., Canada. MTYMEX is an international conference aimed at demonstrating the potential of new applications for the Internet in the future. Dr. Hamed Taherdoost is an experienced award-winning leader and R&D professional, who holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and specializes in Information Technology Management, Research & Development, and Cybersecurity. He has over 20 years of experience in both academic and industrial sectors and has held positions like CTO, CEO, and R&D Manager in various international companies. He has been involved in several important breakthroughs in IT and industrial projects and has developed projects in different industries, including transportation, laboratory, hospital, and IT development. Apart from his industry background, he also has numerous outstanding achievements in the academic environment, including winning several best paper awards and outstanding editor & reviewer awards. He has published over 200 scientific articles in peer-reviewed international journals and conference proceedings, as well as several books in the field of technology and research methodology. He is an active memberof several prestigious organizations and societies, including IEEE and IFIP TC 11, and has served as an editorial, reviewer, and advisory board member of various peer-reviewed journals publishing with Taylor & Francis, Elsevier, Inderscience, MDPI, EAI, and IGI Publishing.

Prof. Dr. Yousef FARHAOUI, is a Professor at Moulay Ismail University, Faculty of sciences and Techniques, Morocco. Chair of IDMS Team, Director of STI laboratory. Local Publishing and Research Coordinator, Cambridge International Academics in United  Kingdom. He obtained his Ph.D. degree in Computer Security from Ibn Zohr University of Science. His research interests include learning, e-learning, computer security, big data analytics, and business intelligence. Farhaoui has three books in computer science. He is a coordinator and member of the organizing committee and also a member of the scientific committee of several international congresses, and is a member of various international associations. Hehas authored 7 Book and many Book Chapters with Reputed Publishers such as Springer and IGI. He is served as a Reviewer for IEEE, IET, Springer, Inderscience and Elsevier Journals. He is also the Guest Editor of many Journals with Wiley, Springer, Inderscience, etc. He has been the General Chair, Session Chair, and Panelist in Several Conferences. He is Senior Member of IEEE, IET, ACM and EAI Research Group.

Seyed Reza Shahamiri possesses extensive expertise as a deep learning software engineer and has a clear vision of leveraging technological advancements in computing and artificial intelligence to address health disparities. His primary focus is on developing smart assistive technologies, constructing intelligent software platforms and solutions that enhance support for individuals with mental or physical limitations, and equipping healthcare professionals with advanced tools and equipment. Reza holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Software Engineering, along with a Ph.D. in Computer Science. Presently, he holds a tenured position as a faculty in Software Engineering at the Department of Electrical, Computer, and Software Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, The University of Auckland, New Zealand. His research revolves around creating innovative and intelligent healthcare systems utilizing deep learning technologies, speech and speaker identification, and automation of software test oracles.

Tuan-Vinh Le received the Ph.D. degree in Management from the Graduate Institute of Management, Chang Gung University, Taiwan in July 2021. From August 2021 to July 2022, he was an Assistant Professor with the Department of Information Management, Chihlee University of Technology, Taiwan. Since August 2022, he has been an Assistant Professor with the Program of Artificial Intelligence and Information Security, Fu Jen Catholic University, Taiwan.
