Tien Anh Tran Senior Researcher at Seoul National University, Seoul city, South Korea He is an Assistant Professor (Lecturer) in the Department of Marine Engineering, Vietnam Maritime University, Haiphong City, Vietnam. He is an Honorary Professor at the School of Computing Science and Engineering, Galgotias University, India and an Honorary Adjunct Professor at the School of Computer Science and Engineering, Lovely Professional University (LPU), India. Additionally, he is an Adjunct Faculty at Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences (SIMATS) Engineering in Tamilnadu, India. He received B.Eng. and M.Sc. at Vietnam Maritime University, Vietnam in 2011 and 2014, respectively. He received a Ph.D. at Wuhan University of Technology, Wuhan, China in 2018. He is an Editor/Guest Editor for the reputation journals indexed in SCI/SCIE such as Environment, Development and Sustainability, IET Intelligent Transport System, International Journal of Distributed Sensor Networks, Sustainable Computing: Informatics and Systems, International Journal of Renewable Energy Technology, International Journal of Energy Optimization and Engineering, IEEE Internet of Things Magazine, and Mathematics. In 2015, he was awarded the Chinese Government Scholarship (CSC) for the full funding of his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) program in China. In 2019, he was awarded the NEPTUNE prize for the outstanding researchers by Vietnam Maritime University. In 2022, he was one of five outstanding scientists in Vietnam to be nominated for the Ta Quang Buu prize by the National Foundation for Science & Technology Development (NAFOSTED). Additionally, he was selected and awarded a full scholarship for the Postdoctoral Fellowship Program of the National Research Foundation (NRF) for Foreign Researchers by the Government of South Korea. Michael Onyema Edeh is an Adjunct Professor at Shobhit University, India. He is currently the Head of Department, Mathematics and Computer Science at Coal City University, Nigeria. Michael is a Recipient of the prestigious Chancellor’s Award for Best Staff of the Year 2020, and Vice Chancellor’s Award for research Excellence 2023, both at Coal City University. He is also the current Chairman of the Nigeria Computer Society (NCS), Enugu State Chapter, Nigeria. Michael has taught Computer Science courses to both postgraduate and undergraduate students in several tertiary education institutions, including Southwestern University; Coal City University; Spiritan University Nneochi; National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN); Alex Ekwueme Federal University Ebonyi State; Gregory University Uturu; Enugu State College of Education Technical affiliated to Nnamdi Azikiwe University Nigeria; Institute of Management and Technology (IMT) Enugu; African Thinkers Community of Inquiry College of Education (ATCOI-COE) Enugu; Pogil College of Health Technology Ogun State; and Federal Science and Technical College Ogun State. He has published more than 100 scholarly papers in reputable journals, and also acted as an editor and reviewer for many top journals. He has interest in cybersecurity, education, machine learning and cloud computing. Arij Naser Abougreen received the M.Sc. degree in Communication Engineering from the University of Tripoli, Libya, in 2018. She is a Ph.D. student at Istanbul Medipol University. Her research interests include image processing, machine learning, Internet of Things, and wireless communication. She has three years of teaching experience in reputed universities and high institutes. She served as a session chair of International Conference on Digital Technologies and Applications (ICDTA 2023) and a session chair of the International Conference on Artificial Intelligence in Information and Communication (ICAIIC 2023). Also, she served as a technical Program Committee member and a reviewer for several conferences such as 7th IEEE World Forum on the Internet of Things (WFIoT 2021), New Orleans, USA; 11th series of IEEE Symposium on Computer Applications and Industrial Electronics (ISCAIE 2021); 44th International Conference on Telecommunications and Signal Processing (TSP 2021); 30th International Conference on Computing and Communication Networks (ICCCN 2021), organized by Manchester Metropolitan University, United Kingdom; IEEE International Conference on Electronics Circuits and Systems (ICECS 2022); EAI CICom 2022; 3rd EAI International Conference on Computational Intelligence and Communications and EAI IoTaaS 2022; and the 8th EAI International Conference on IoT as a Service. She also served as a reviewer for the journal Multimedia Tools and Applications (Springer), Journal of Healthcare Engineering (Hindawi) and Applied Artificial Intelligence (Taylor & Francis). In addition, she served as a reviewer for IGI and Springer books. She has authored/co-authored four book chapters and two papers. She has edited a book that has been published by IGI Global. She is currently editing three books to be published by IGI Global, CRC Press, and Springer. She is also a member of IEEE Public Safety Technology Smart Algorithm and Informatics Committee.
