Dynamische Analyse stochastischer Einflüsse in der supraleitenden Einzelflussquantenelektronik

The present work contians a fundamental stady of the influence of noise to digital systems with low switching energies. The progress of the semiconductor electronic is mainly based on degreasing the switching energy. The ratio of signal and noise energy has to be high enough for a stable operation of big systems without any failure.
The work includes a complete and exact theoretical analysis of switching erros in dynamic systems. The practical application of this method is improved by the development of a powerful and universal approximation tool for the design of RSFO circuits. The general question for this thesis was to find a way for realization of RSFQ devices under strong influence of thermal fluctuations. In the calssical field of superconducting circuts at 4, K the influence of this noise is negligible. The general problem of the realization of working superconducting circuits with high-temperature superconductors (20-60 K) is solved. All important steps to go this way are described in detail. The calculations and methods of this work are closely connected to the field of RSFQ design, but they can be also applied to future semiconductor circuits with low switching energy.
