As a new energy source for power generation, offshore wind power generation system makes full use of marine resources to save land space, and can flexibly choose to connect to the power grid or operate independently, which is an effective technical means to solve the problem of load power consumption in remote areas near the sea.Reducing the fluctuation range of wind power grid-connected to ensure the stability of power system and how to optimize the capacity of hybrid energy storage system under the premise of completing the task of power stabilization have always been the research focus of new energy power generation. Compared with onshore wind power generation, offshore wind power is more obviously affected by other uncertain factors such as wind power and investment cost.

Pengfei Zhi joined Jiangsu University of Science and Technology, China, in 2017 and is currently an Assistant Professor. He received the Ph.D degree in control theory and control Engineering fro Harbin Engineering University. His research interest includes microgrid control, reliability evaluation and risk assessment.
