Mohamed Essa is a Professor of Nutrition at Sultan Qaboos University, Oman. He is the Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Nutrition, Pharmacology, and Neurological Diseases. Dr Saravanan Ramachandran is an Associate Professor of Marine Pharmacology at the Chettinad Academy of Research and Education in Kelabmakkam, Tamil Nadu, India. Dr S. Geethalakshmi is an Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Biotechnology, Sree Narayana Guru College, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. She has 15 years of teaching and research experience. Dr Hanan Fahad Alharibi is working as an Assistant Professor and Dean for undergraduate studies in Prince Noura University, Saudi Arabia. She has eight years of teaching and research experience.
