lt;b>Alessandra Ricciardelli serves as a Lecturer in Organizational Behaviour, Organizational Studies, and Organization and Management of Smart Cities in the Department of Management, Finance and Technology at LUM University, Italy. She is also a Visiting Scholar at MIT - Connection Science. She serves as EY Advisory's consultant for local development in Italy. Her research interests are: social organizations, organizational innovation, urban regeneration, social innovation, collaborative and smart communities.
Nicola Raimo is a Research Fellow in Business Administration in the Department of Management, Finance and Technology at LUM University, Italy. His main research interests are: corporate social responsibility; non-financial disclosure; integrated reporting; intellectual capital; digitalisation. He is the author of several published articles and serves as reviewer for a number of international journals. He is also a member of Italian Society of Accounting and Business Administrations Scholars (SIDREA).
