Konstantin Mikhaylov is an Assistant Professor in the field of Convergent IoT Communications for Vertical Systems at the Centre for Wireless Communications, University of Oulu. Marko Höyhtyä is a Research Professor at the VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland, focusing on Satellite communications and Situational Awareness technologies. In addition, he is a docent (Adjunct Professor) both at the National Defence University of Finland and at the University of Oulu.
