Dr. Shakeel Ahmed, is working as an Assistant Professor of Chemistry at Higher Education Department, Government of Jammu and Kashmir, India. He obtained a first degree in general science from Government Postgraduate College Rajouri (University of Jammu) followed by master’s degree and doctoral degree in chemistry from Jamia Millia Islamia, a central university, New Delhi. He has published several research publications in area of green nanomaterials and biopolymers for various applications including biomedical, packaging, and water treatment. He has published more than 20 books in the area of nanomaterials and green materials with publishers of international repute. He is recipient of Young Scientist Award and Professor of the Year Award-2020. His name has been listed among top 2% scientists of the world in the area of polymer chemistry. Dr. Tanima Bhattacharya is a formulation scientist, who completed Doctoral degree in Food Processing & Nutrition Science from Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, Shibpur, West Bengal, India and Gained Overseas Post-Doctoral Experience from College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering Hubei University of China. She is interested in fabrication of biocompatible nanostructures and studying their properties and applications in the area of food science and technology and biomedical sciences. She published several research articles in international reputed journals. She is recipient of a number of awards From Oil Technology Association India, Council of Scientific And Industrial Research–Indian Institute Of Chemical Technology and American Oil Chemist Society and West Bengal State Council (Science Congress) for contribution in research. Dr. Annu is working as an Assistant Professor in Department of Chemistry in Lingaya’s Vidyapeeth, Haryana, India. Additionally, she is an honorary Assistant Professor in Department of Science and Engineering in Novel Global Community Education Foundation, Australia. She worked as a Project Assistant in Indian Institute of Technology Delhi in 2020. She obtained her graduation and post-graduation degree in Chemistry from University of Allahabad and doctoral degree in Chemistry from Jamia Millia Islamia, (A Central University), New Delhi. She has published several scientific research articles in international peer-reviewed journals and many book chapters with publishers of international repute. Her research interests include fabrication and modification of sustainable bionanocomposites, biomaterials, green synthesis of nanoparticles, hybrid nanomaterials, modification in biopolymers and composite nanomaterials for their applications in biomedical, food packaging, nutraceuticals, textiles and environment sustainability. Dr. Akbar Ali is currently working as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Chemistry, Kargil Campus, University of Ladakh, Union Territory of Ladakh, India. He completed his bachelor degree in Science (BSc.) from Islamia College of Science and Commerce, University of Kashmir. He did his Master degree in Chemistry, in 2013 at Jamia Millia Islamia, Central University, New Delhi, India. He obtained his doctorate degree (Ph.D) in Chemistry, at the same institution in 2020. His areas of research include Polymer Chemistry, specialized in Biological Macromolecules, Functionalization of Natural Polymers, Polymer-Iodine Complexes, Hydrogel Chemistry, Green Chemistry etc. He has published several research papers and book chapters in different international repute journals in the areas of polymers. He is a regular member of Asian Polymer Association, India. He has attended and presented his research work in more than 20 national and international conferences.
