Prof. Lalit K Awasthi is Director, Dr B R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar, India since 10th October, 2016. He is a distinguished Professor of Computer Science & Engineering at NIT Hamirpur, Himachal, India. He has teaching and research experience of 30 years in teaching, research & development. He is the founder member of Computer Science & Engineering Department at NIT Hamirpur. He has been instrumental in starting B Tech, two M Tech and Ph D Programmes at NIT Hamirpur. He has been a member of BOG of NIT Hamirpur for a period of 2 years. His important portfolios at NIT Hamirpur are Head of Computer Science & Engineering Department, Dean Student & Alumni, Head Computer Centre and Hostel Administration. He has 150 research publications to his credit published in journals and Conferences of international repute. He is a reviewer of Elsevier journal of ADHOC networks, IEEE Transactions on computers and many more. He is the Associate Editor of international Journal of Computer Engineering and Information Technology. Dr Awasthi was instrumental in staring Alumni Chapter of NIT Hamirpur in Delhi, Calcutta and California. He has guided 10 PhD students and 20 M Tech students in the area of Mobile Computing Information Security, Network Security, Cloud Computing, Vehicular Adhoc Networks, Grid Computing and P2P networks. He remained Principal Investigator of five research projects funded by MHRD, MIT and HP Government. Further, he was consultant for a project on e-governance and automation for Assam University, Silchar. Dr Awasthi is a senior member of IEEE and a distinguished member of ACM. He is a widely travelled person in India/Abroad and has visited USA, UK, Thailand, Nepal, Australia, Singapore, Italy and France. He is the founder Director of Atal Bihari Vajpai Institute of Engineering and Technology, Paragati Nagar and served the institute for a period of four years. In addition, he holds the office of Director of Jawahar Lal Nehru Government Engineering College Sundernagar and Mahatama Gandhi Engineering College, Jeori, Camp Office Sundernagar. He remained Dean, Academics of Himachal Technical University, Hamirpur for a period of 2 years. He holds the additional charge of Director, National Institute of Technology, Delhi for a period of 4 months. He has been a member of Board of Studies of various prestigious institutions like DTU Delhi, NIT Jalandhar, NIT Delhi, NIT Jaipur, Punjab University, Chandigarh and HP University, Shimla. He has been expert for faculty selections at different levels for prestigious institutions in India. He has delivered more than 80 expert lectures and invited talks in various institutions conferences in the country as well as abroad. Dr. Sushendra Kumar Misra is working with Dr. B. R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology (NIT), Jalndha as Registrar and Head Center of Continuing Education. He is alumni of IIM Bangalore and Syracuse University, New York, USA. He has done his M.B.A and Ph. D in Management. Dr. Misra has worked as Director, Controller, Registrar and Dean in Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar. His main area of work is Educational Planning and Management, Financial Management, Human Resource Management, Public Policy, Skill Development etc. Dr. Misra has published many research papers, attended several conferences, seminars workshop and training in India and abroad. He has visited many countries like Malaysia, Thailand, Australia, Slovenia, Singapore, Austria and USA. Dr. Misra is a Life Member of All India Management Association (AIMA), New Delhi, Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE), New Delhi, Youth Hostels Association of India, New Delhi, Association of Indian Management Scholars International (AIMS), Houston, USA, Associate Fellow of World Business Institute, Australia and Member of International Economic Development Research Center, Hong Kong. Dr. Dilbagh Panchal is currently working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Industrial and Production Engineering, Dr. B R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology Jalandhar, Punjab, India-144011. He works in the area of Reliability and Maintenance Engineering, fuzzy decision making and operation management. He obtained his Bachelor (hons.) in Mechanical Engineering from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, India in 2007 and Masters (Gold medallist) in Manufacturing Technology in 2011 from Dr B R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology Jalandhar, India. He has done his PhD from Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, India in 2016. Presently, Three PhD scholars are working under him. Seven M. Tech dissertations have been guided by him and two are in progress. He has published 22 research papers in SCI/Scopus indexed journals. Ten book chapters have been also published by him under reputed publisher. He has edited two books in the area of his expertise and seven books are in progress. With this ten international conferences have been also attended by him. He is the life member of various societies like ORSI, Kolkata, ISTE, New Delhi and IIIE, Mumbai. He is associate editor of International journal of system assurance and engineering management (Springer Publication). He is the regular reviewer of many journals like International journal of industrial and system engineering (Inderscience), International journal of operational research (Inderscience), OPSERACH (Springer Publication); Applied Energy (Elsevier publishers) etc. Dr. Mohit Tyagi is Assistant Professor in Department of Industrial and Production Engineering at Dr. B. R. Ambedkar National Institute of Technology Jalandhar, India. He has obtained his B. Tech (Mechanical Engineering) with HONS from UPTU Lucknow in 2008 and M. Tech. (Product Design and Development) with Gold Medal from MNNIT Allahabad in 2010. He did his Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee (India) in 2015. His areas of research are Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Corporate Social Responsibilities, Performance Measurement System, Data Science and Fuzzy Inference System. He has around 7 years of teaching and research experience. He has guided 18 PG dissertations and 15 UG projects. He is presently supervising 02 M. Tech. and 03 PhD scholars. He has around 75 publications in international/national journals and proceedings of international conferences and book chapters in reputed publishers of his credit. Dr. Mohit Tyagi is reviewer of many international journal of repute like International Journal of Industrial Engineering: Theory, Application and Practices, Supply Chain Management: An International Journal, International Journal of Logistics System Management, and Journal of Manufacturing Technology Management, Information Systems, Grey Systems: Theory and Applications etc. He has organized three international conferences and webinars in collaboration with Indo-German Research Center DST, Govt of India.
