David Snell has been in the property and building industry for four decades. Following Murray's death in 1998, David took over this mantle and has become well-known for his many articles on self-building and for his appearances at self-build shows, courses and exhibitions. He is a contributing editor on Homebuilding and Renovating magazine and the property expert for the Daily Telegraph's Saturday Property Clinic, 'Bricks and Mortar'. Most recently he has been the consultant on the TV programme 'Wrong House, Right House'.
