lt;p>Alexey Nekrasov received the diploma in radio engineering, the Ph.D. degree and the academic title of Associate Professor from Taganrog State University of Radio Engineering, Taganrog, Russia, in 1991, 1998, and 2000, respectively. He is an Associate Professor and a Senior Scientist at the Southern Federal University, Russia.
