Jing Liu is Associate Professor of Law in the Research Institute of Environmental Law, Wuhan University, China. Michael Faure is Professor of Comparative Private Law and Economics at the School of Law, Erasmus University Rotterdam. Peter Mascini is Professor of Empirical Legal Studies and Associate Professor of Sociology, School of Law, Erasmus University Rotterdam.
