Celil Aydin was born in Istanbul, Turkey. He has received an MS degree in master of science in natural science from the Stephen F. Austin State University, Nacogdoches, Texas, USA and a PhD degree in economics from the Atatürk University, Erzurum, Turkey. He is interested in macroeconomics and econometrics. He is working as an associate professor of Economics at Bandirma Onyedi Eylül University, Balikesir, Turkey. Burak Dar ici was born in Ankara, Turkey. He has received an MS and PhD degree in economics from the Balikesir University, Balikesir, Turkey. He is interested in macroeconomics and econometrics. He is working as a professor of economics at he Bandirma Onyedi Eylül University, Balikesir, Turkey.
