The high liquid mass flow rate was shown in the large coke bed voidage. The mass flow can be diminished by the coke-barrier and low coke circularity. The liquid metal preference and slag directions preference depend on the liquid saturation and cohesive force. The slag viscosity, gas velocity, and injected coal powder did not show a significant impact on the liquid drainage. It can be used to predict the possibility of flooding phenomena and also the tendency of BF productivity limits.
