This book will provide a systematic independent expert view of the state of MRAM technology and product development and its potential for future development. The author has reported on and lectured on the entire range of MRAM technology developments from the inception of the current technology to the present time and is familiar with the majority of the research in the MRAM area. She has written a book previously which covered early MRAM technology and continues to write annual summaries of the state of MRAM technology and product development which are sold commercially to electronics companies, major semiconductor labs and universities. She is not affiliated with any company which develops MRAM and can therefore represent an independent view of the overall MRAM technology.
