This videotape (25 min) and companion manual details all of the most widely practiced lead extension tools and techniques, including the Massumi technique, the use of the Cook Pacemaker Corporation's locking stylet, the Byrd Femoral Work Station, and the laser extraction sheath recently developed (in conjunction with the Spectrnetics Corporation) by Dr Charles Byrd, who has done most of the pioneering work in this field.
