Anthony (Ann Arbor, MI) is an electrical engineer for University of Michigan Business Operations, responsible for the long term planning, engineering, and operation of the University of Michigan's 100 MVA distribution network -- the world's largest college campus electrical distribution network. He is Principal Voting Member of Code-Making Panel No. 1 of the National Electric Code, representing the US higher education industry. He is the author of Electric Power System Protection and Coordination (MH 1995) and NEC Answers (MH 1999) and numerous articles in industry magazines, including EC&M, Electrical Contractor, Consulting/Specifying Engineer, IEEE Spectrum.
