Version 2.0 of this innovative, interactive CD-ROM is completely customizable. Individuals create a personalized nursing care plan based on assessment-diagnosis-planning-intervention-evaluation (ADPIE) models described by NANDA, for specific disease, disorder or condition. By choosing from over 150 care plans, users can easily select, add, delete, modify, and manipulate the elements within the care plan to meet their patient's and their own individual needs. The individual care plan can then be saved and printed. And, it can be easily revised as the patient's condition changes.
