Dr Arvind Raghavan, AT&T Labs, Inc., USA Arvind Raghavan is a Principal Member of Technical Staff at AT&T Labs. Mr Thomas Starr, AT&T Labs, Inc., USA Thomas Starr holds a MS degree in Computer Science and a BS degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois in Urbana. Dr Stefano Galli, Panasonic, USA Stefano Galli received his M.S. degree and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rome "La Sapienza" (Italy) in 1994 and 1998, respectively.
