The MRS Symposium Proceeding series is an internationally recognised reference suitable for researchers and practitioners.
There has been witness to remarkable progress in the ability to (a) grow well-controlled dots; (b) characterize dots on a near-atomic level; and (c) theoretically describe their electronic properties using not only continuum, but also atomistic approaches.
