Applying Self-Assessment and Process Analysis to Create a Quality System

This training module is designed to provide blood establishments with the information and skills needed to gain and maintain control over manufacturing processes. Its main purpose is to show reader how to take the "Quality Program" (by using System B-Donor Suitability) and use it correctly, according to "Quality Systems in the Blood Bank and Laboratory Environment". Emphasis is placed on training to current good manufacturing practice. Included is a diskette, containing a Gap Analysis Table for Quality Assurance Systems and documentation of training forms for readers to print out, duplicate and use in creating a quality system.
