Charles F. Spence (Gaithersburg, MD) is a veteran of aviation marketing and publishing. His career includes editorship of Private Pilot magazine, Public Relations Director for the 350,000-member general aviation organization, AOPA, and continues currently as industry liaison and Capitol Hill reporter for General Aviation News International and the "GA Team 2000" program.
