Applied Chemistry

This textbook covers the requirements of the revised syllabus of Mumbai University for all engineering branches. Applied Chemistry-I is in accordance with the revised syllabus of Mumbai University which is common to all the engineering branches. The book is organised in such a way that the students can acquire the knowledge of applications of chemistry in Engineering and Technology. Each chapter has been dealt with in sufficient detail with an abundant quantity of numerical problems and illustrations wherever required. A sufficient number of solved problems along with a large amount of university questions have also been provided.
