Jim Champy helped transform the corporate world with his book Reengineering the Corporation: A Manifesto for Business Revolution, which sold more than 2,500,000 copies. Currently chairman of Perot Systems' consulting practice and the company's head of strategy, his latest books include Outsmart! and Inspire! Phil Baker is an expert consultant on all areas of product and market development, especially Far East manufacturing and strategic partnerships. He has played key roles in developing innovative flagship products, technologies, and strategies for Apple, Seiko, Polaroid, Polycom, Proxima, and others. Baker received the Robert H. Goddard Alumni Award for Outstanding Professional Achievement, was honored by Ernst & Young as San Diego's Entrepreneur of the Year for Consumer Products, and holds more than 30 patents. He is author of From Concept to Consumer. Satish Nambisan is Professor of Innovation Management and Technology Strategy at the Lally School of Management at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Prior to his academic career, he worked with the Unilever Group. Mohanbir Sawhney is McCormick Tribune Professor of E-Commerce and Technology at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. Michael A. Roberto is a faculty member at Bryant University. He teaches courses on general management, managerial decision making, and business strategy. Professor Roberto's work has been published in the Harvard Business Review, California Management Review, and The Leadership Quarterly. He is author of Know What You Don't Know: How Great Leaders Prevent Problems Before They Happen and Why Great Leaders Don't Take Yes for an Answer: Managing for Conflict and Consensus. David Edery is Worldwide Games Portfolio Manager for Microsoft's Xbox Live Arcade and a research affiliate of the MIT Comparative Media Studies Program. Before joining Microsoft, he was the MIT CMS Program's Associate Director for Special Projects. During that time, Edery cofounded the Convergence Culture Consortium, a research partnership with corporations such as MTV Networks and Turner Broadcasting. He also managed Cyclescore, a research project combining video games and exercise. Edery received his MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and his BA from Brandeis University. He has published articles in the Harvard Business Review and several game industry publications and has spoken at many entertainment industry conferences. Ethan Mollick cofounded eMeta, the leading developer of software for selling content online. He has consulted with DARPA, Eli Lilly, General Mills, MIT Media Lab, and Charles River Ventures. Robert Brunner founded Apple's legendary Industrial Design Group, which designed the original Macintosh PowerBook, Newton, and 20th Anniversary Mac. As a partner at Pentagram, he worked with Fortune 500 companies including Nike, Microsoft, HP, Dell, and Nokia. In early 2007, he founded Ammunition, a product design, brand, and interactive development consultancy. Brunner's product designs are included in the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA). He teaches advanced product design at Stanford University. Stewart Emery, a father of the Human Potential Movement, served as the first CEO of est, cofounded Actualizations, led seminars in dozens of countries, and has coached over 12,000 people in the last three decades. He is the bestselling author of Actualizations: You Don't Have to Rehearse to Be Yourself and The Owner's Manual For Your Life. As a consultant, he asked the questions that led MasterCard to its legendary "Priceless" campaign. Barry Libert is Chairman of Mzinga, a leading enterprise social technology and services provider. The company manages over 14,000 online communities, which draw more than 60 million total online visitors every month. Libert is a recognized authority on entrepreneurial leadership strategies and a pioneer in the business use of social technologies. A one-time McKinsey and Company consultant, he has coauthored three highly regarded books, including Cracking the Value Code and Value RX. Jon Spector is President and CEO of The Conference Board, the world's preeminent business membership and research organization. He previously served as Vice Dean and Director of Wharton's Aresty Institute of Executive Education; as CEO of several venture-backed startup companies; and for 20 years at McKinsey & Company, where he was named a Principal in 1986 and a Director in 1992.
